Our goal at BNKK Vape is to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 8:30am Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.  Please remember that most carriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.

All BNKK VAPE products are shipped in a padded envelope or bag:

  • IRE Delivery (Standard) on all other orders is €2.95
  • IRE Delivery (Tracked) on all other orders is €6.95 

*However please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer services team on +353 899665670

**If you have ordered from outside ROI or the UK you should expect to receive your BNKK Vape package within 10 days. However please allow up to 15 days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer service team on:

For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: customersupport@bnkkvape.ie within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened.
